Signage built for the vehicle you actually run
Trucks aren't a flat canvas — door seams, rivets, curved cargo boxes and roll-up shutters all change how artwork needs to be cut and applied. We measure the real vehicle before we finalise layout, so your logo lines up across every panel and nothing gets swallowed by a door gap.
- Cab door and bonnet decals sized to your exact vehicle model
- Full cargo box graphics for box trucks, tautliners and refrigerated bodies
- Roll-up door and shutter graphics that survive daily opening and closing
- Contact detail and DoT/load information decals where required
Reflective marking, done to the standard that applies to your vehicle
South Africa's National Road Traffic Regulations set out clear rules for retroreflective marking on heavier vehicles: yellow side and rear contour marking to the SANS/ECE R104 standard is generally required on vehicles and trailers with a GVM over 10 000 kg, and doubly-reflective chevron boards apply from 3 500 kg GVM upward. We fit compliant reflective tape and chevron boards alongside your branding, positioned so the marking stays visible and the artwork still looks intentional rather than bolted on as an afterthought.
This is general information, not legal advice — GVM thresholds and standards are set by the National Road Traffic Act and its regulations and can be amended, so please confirm current requirements for your specific fleet with your compliance officer or testing station.
Truck signage FAQs
Do you handle chevron boards and DoT decals as well as branding?
Yes — we can supply and fit reflective chevron boards, contour marking tape and any statutory decals (load limits, contact details) at the same time as your branding, so the vehicle only needs to come off the road once.
Can you brand a fleet of mixed truck models consistently?
Yes. We create a master artwork template sized proportionally, then adjust panel-by-panel for each specific truck model in your fleet so the logo and colours read consistently even though the vehicles themselves differ.
What happens if a panel gets damaged after installation?
Because artwork is applied in individual panels, a damaged section can usually be reprinted and replaced on its own rather than redoing the whole vehicle — keep your artwork file reference from us for exactly this reason.
